Extra part

I have a 2013 Thor Chateau 22e and it appears that it has a hydraulic pump under the coach. The 22e does not have a slide out. Is the a slide out pump installed by the factory because this chasie could fit other coaches? Can it be removed? Is there a resale market?

Are you sure its a hydraulic pump and not your water pump?

Yes, the water pump is located in the coach under the dinette seat. This pump is under the coach attached midway between the rear axle and driver seat on the driver side frame rail inboard.

Just looked at the manual. https://thormotorcoach.com/media/doc...ual-6-2012.pdf On page 50 it mentions the leveling system.

Could be I will have to crawl under it again photograph it. As I Rember I did not see any hydraulic lines going from it to the jacks.

Believe me... Thor is not including a hydraulic pump that is not needed.

That's about a $500 part. Doubt it was intended as a Thor freebie. Does your rv have levelers? Are you the original owner of this 2013 rv? Did anyone show and explain how the jacks work? I can't imagine they are not hydraulic.

It's the hydraulic pump for the level up system. There should be four lines coming out of it.

Thor has stopped using hydraulic slide systems as they now use the electronic schwintek motors for the slides.
