Faulty Water Heater

Hello Thor Forum Experts.

I have an issue with my Dometic 6 gallon water heater (MDL#: GC6AA-10E). It seems that when I am using the 110V option to heat the water, the water is not getting hot. The LP option works fine.

So I've looked at the diagram of the water heater and it doesn't appear to have the standard heating element with the long u-shaped heating element that screws into the unit. Am I looking for something that is not there or did these newer units have a different heating element?

Oh, and by the way, my RV is a 2019 Thor Chateau. I've already replaced a faulty circuit board after just a year of owning it.
