You are out of warranty several years to I would expect nothing from Thor

Ultra-Leather seems to have good and bad batches

Keeping it treated with a conditioner similar to something you would use on leather seems to have kept mine in mint condition but I may just have gotten the good batch

There are literally thousands of post regarding the flaking for many years and across almost all brands as only the very high end coaches have top grain leather

YES. I have a Thor Ace 30.1 2015. Having same problems with my seats Captain chairs and sofa. I have called the dealer and was advised to call Thor. They said warranty has expired. This is not acceptable. Will pursue this further. Will call manufacturer of seats next to see what they say. There are numerous situations like ours I have found on the web.

Seat manufacturer is out of business. You expect to have a warranty on 7 to 8 year old seats?

Please let an attorney take your money.
If you've found others with your problem you know EXACTLY to not persue based on their 100% failure to be satisfied.

There isn't a vehicle in the entire entire entire world with the warranty you seek.
Name one, name any, name ever.
Then we'll adjust until we're at entry level rv sensibilities.


What makes you so mad?
A lousy $1500+- cures your problem.

Make yourself happy.

And If thy rv, offend thee, sell it out for it is profitable to lose an rv and spare thyself.

Yes, many of us feel your pain. I suspect you will have no success with claims against Thor or their suppliers, if any are still in business. We chose to have an upholsterer recover our dinette, captains chairs and recliner with fabric we selected. He specializes in redoing antique cars but the skills worked fine for the RV. Our cost was under $3000. You can also buy new ones. If you choose to buy new be careful to research first and be sure the new ones fit. Also check to make sure they can be disassembled to fit through your door.
