Window shade
Can anyone tell me how to get the front window shade on my 2017 Miramar to come all the way down for privacy at night. When I press the power button it only comes down far enough to act as a sun visor. What am I missing?

Leave the wire there. DinoC41 just posted it on another thread. This site and google are your best friend if you have problems or questions.

There's a button on the end of that wire. It is used to adjust where the shade stops. In the directions that half price posted, that is the learning wire button that is described.

A tech from Irvine Door&Shade told me that the problem is a Relay used by Ford.
Now just to find out where the offending Relay is.

Before you start hunting for a relay try resetting per the instructions first.

We have several times. It will work a few times, then loose programing again. I was on the phone with the Irvine Tech for awhile, he walked us through the reprogram several times.
He said it was a bad relay

Ours reset switch was a small Red Button inside a small White Rectangle, at the left end of the shade. Some are like halfprice said and at the end of a short wire on the left end of the shade, as your facing the windshield.
