Fresh water dump

Hello
We have a 2023, Thor chateau.
Does anyone know how to dump fresh water tank
We considered running the shower until it is empty
But would rather do it properly

Any ideas

Thanks a bunch, travel safely

Open the tank drain or open the low point drains.

Probably doesn't have a tank drain...low point drains or run it out through the shower when on hookups.

Open a low point drain and turn the pump on. It’ll drain quickly.

If you know where your fresh water tank is (ours is under the kitchen sink area) there might be a long rod with a t-handle on the end beside the tank. Pull it UP to open, or push DOWN to close the valve at the bottom of the tank.

You can find your fresh water tank by locating your gravity water fill port on the outside of the coach. The tank is usually on the other side of the wall, sometimes under the bed in the rear - OR like mine under the kitchen sink area.

When you find the tank, crawl under the coach and look under the tank area... if there's a drain it's probably a larger white PVC pipe protruding from the bottom of the coach.

Which model Chateau do you folks have?
We have a Chateau 27R. The fresh water tank is at the driver side rear corner of the coach. There is a large cargo area at that corner on the 27R. I access the fresh water drain through a panel on the back wall of the cargo area.

Not many gonna have a 2023 like yours. Congrats on new coach.

Most have told what you might expect to see but it vary. I suggest looking at your manual, but in my case when my RV was brand new, I had the exact same question and my manual was actually wrong You can imagine the frustration I had with the Service department as I could not find the PVC drain on tank they insisted was there.

I eventually had to call the Mfg, who stated on my model; I had to open up two sets of low point drain lines and then turn on the water pump. It drains quickly They had to re-issue and send me new manual with the correct procedure for my Year Model
