Fresh water tank

My fresh water tank always shows empty in my 2020 Freedom Elite, even when I have just filled it. Is there some switch or knob I need to turn to get it to register full?

Perhaps you've got a loose or disconnected wire going to a sensor...

Has it displayed full in the Past?
It is 2020 so it is still under warranty. Have you reported the issue with Thor? Yes you may figure out a way to fix, but nothing like reporting it in the event it needs to be returned to a Dealer.

But if you are determined to fix yourself, you may need parts anyway. If you can confirm by eyeballing and tank is 100% full, then you will need the specs to test the sensors to ensure they are working or need to be replaced.

Definitely a sensor or wire problem. Of all the things that have been problematic in RV's that isn't one that usually fails or don't work properly

check the wires on the sensors. that is kinda easy, under the bed in mine. what i found was the wire connector was VERY loose, just hanging on. this was the same case on my water pump, which is harder to figure out, as it is WAY down on the floor and the wire plugs in underneath the pump, you can't s see the wire or connector on pump. I had to tape it so it stayed connected. I would have done a better fix but need more time for that, been busy with other issues, like why batteries are draining.
