I'll assume you have a Norcold that works on propane or shore power.

Is the coach level?

Does it cool when switch to propane?

Not exactly level. Won’t work on propane or electric.

Open the access panel and check to see if the boiler is hot

Be careful as there should be heat, electrical connections as well

If the boiler isn't hot the fridge control board isn't sending a signal

Define "not exactly" The further off level you are the less efficient the fridge is in cooling and the more damage is done to the cooling unit.

You also have to have your DC buss energized either from the house batteries (for propane) or from the converter (for either gas or 120 VAC electric). Do you have status lights on, on the fridge? Or the interior light on?

If you have 12v power (indicator lights and interior light) and still nothing on either gas or AC you can try unplugging the thermistor (it’s the little gizmo clipped to the cooling fins at the back of the lower compartment. It just plugs in to a connector at the interior light). It’s a long shot but it will tell the controller to go into continuous run. If the burner at the back still doesn’t get hot and/or there’s no evidence of any cooling in an hour or two it might be time to call in the Calvary. You also can try going for a drive. Really! This too is a long shot (a really long shot) but sometimes some small piece of gunk can block a small coolant passage and driving for a spell can jiggle it free. It’s happened to me.... good luck.
