Fridge problems

We own a 2017 Thor Chateau 30C. Fridge was working before repairs on other stuff. Fridge is on electrical power it was on auto and had ran out of propane. Drove to dealership with fridge on auto. RV is plugged in and We have Full green light, when we open the fridge door light does comes on but fridge and freezer are warm. What could it be?
Thank you

Do you have propane now?
Not that it matters when plugged into SP, it should work on 120 VAC.
The interior light coming on tells us you have 12 VDC control power.
The only thing the 120 VAC goes to in the fridge is the heating element. Have you checked your breaker panel to see if the fridge breaker is tripped?

If you have propane now, switch it to GAS and see if it cools (assuming you have bed the propane lines of air since going empty). If not, your fridge controller board may be the culprit.

As I said, the 120 VAC element is powered by a BREAKER in the power panel. No fuse to check.

Sorry I meant my breakers. I just checked my breaker and it was good so I reset it. I have switched to LPG and will see if it cooled down tomorrow morning.
Thank you

I had similar problem with my Dometic. Had to replace the control board.
