Furnace only heats half the Rv

Hello friends, yesterday I started up the furnace and noticed starboard side (bathroom vents) blowing cold and port side ( bedroom and theater seats ) blowing hot air. Any idea of what I can do to fix this. I’m thinking burners aren’t lighting entirely..Thanks in advance

Nope, burners either light or they don't. If hot air is created it will be blown to all properly connected outlets. No physical way for for some outlets to "blow" hot and some to "blow" cold. Are the cold ones really blowing? Or are they just cold?

Many people have found distribution hoses disconnected or mis-routed in their MH. Find the distribution plenum of your furnace and trace from there.

Bathroom vents are blowing strong and cold, odd because these were always very hot. Had recently got it serviced for not turning off. Do I check the basement for hose connections?

Some bathroom vents have their own small fan in the hose plenum. If the supply hose fell off the furnace end it would blow cold in the bathroom. This problem has surfaced here previously.

Found this on Thor forums

“ Remove the front grill that's below the refrig. You will then see not only the furnace but all the duct work. I would say that neither of them are connected. Once you open the grill things will look pretty straight forward.”

But does it apply to your unknown Year/Make/Model RV?

On our 29m, the bathroom vent is just a powered transfer vent with a small motor. Sucks air from the "hall" and passes it into the bathroom. Idea is it will draw hot air across the hall and push into bathroom if the door is shut I believe.

Didn’t know, I opened the louvre door and saw all the ductwork, none fed the bathroom I realized just like you said it’s a fan that feeds the bathroom from the hallway. It’s very cold here and that is why it’s blowing so cold …

Yes, on the ACE the blower in the bathroom wall only pulls air from the aisle way. There is no hot air duct to the bathroom directly. There is one outlet in the bedroom floor and 2 on the bottom of the couch.

Typically the furnace on the THOR is more than adequate to heat the RV. We also have a electric space heater for supplemental heat.

We use a small space heater in the bathroom of our Hurricane. It heats most of the coach to the point the furnace hardly come on.
