Replacing Window Blinds

We have a 2020 Thor Quantum SE and need to replace the window blinds above the sink.

I called Thor and they do not have an instruction manual for this.

Has anyone replaced the blinds above the sink? Do you have to remove the valance first?

I just replaced all of the curtains and blinds in my RV. The blinds above the sink in my 2019 Four Winds 23 were simply screwed into the valance with two phillips head screws. The tension cords along the side were attached to the side wall with square head screws. I never touched the valance; just made curtains and used a spring tension curtain rod that I placed up in the valance.
