Hi all,
I have a 2018 Tuscany RT...the side mirrors appear to not have been installed properly by Thor and although the body shop can reach the passenger side mirror they are having issues with the drivers side mirror. Thor sent me the diagram on how the mirrors were supposed to installed but mine are nowhere close.

Yes I have called Thor explained the issue, sent them pictures but no response.

I suppose I am looking for help/suggestions on getting the drivers mirror fastened securely.

I don’t have your model or your problem but it doesn’t seem like there could be too many things wrong with mounting a mirror. Perhaps a more specific description of the issue and/or some photos would help us understand what you’re up against.

Did you buy this rig new or used? If new wasn’t this an issue under warranty.

That’s why I’m trying to contact Thor...they won’t return my calls or email. This was an obvious error in production

I'm having a mirror issue as well, got one response from Thor, and when I asked for clarification, crickets.

I'll figure it out on my own.
