Elkhart factory closure?

I’m told the Elkhart factory is closed due to Covid and therefore back-ordered parts are not available for warranty service. Can anyone confirm this? And if it is closed is there a prospective reopening date?

Jayco factory service is responding to email even though they are shut down. I had an email exchange with them yesterday.

Jayco is owned by Thor and also located in Indiana. Also, check the Indiana news, Thor is closed for COVID-19. Indiana has extended the stay at home until April 21.
