Thermostat Fuse Issue

I'm a very happy person today!

Last month I took a trip to Kentucky and discovered my front thermostat kept blowing the 2 amp fuse inside, whenever the compressor attempted to turn on. After metering the voltage outputs of both the thermostat and the A/C unit(I was following a trouble shooting flowchart for the thermostat, I found online), the chart suggested a new thermostat.
I wasn't very confident that replacing it would work. My coach is just over a year old. I've read in other online places that these thermostat are cheap.
Well, I installed a new one I ordered off Amazon and IT WORKS!!

Hope this helps, if you ever have this issues.
