Heated Tanks?

We have a 2015 Vegas 24.1. I keep reading online about tank heating pads. I can't find anything in my documentation about heating pads in my Vegas. Do any of them have them?

I seriously doubt if you do... they're usually add-ons. Have you found any switches in your coach? Usually on or near the main control center. If there's blank "knock-outs" there for switches to be installed - that's a dead giveaway.

This was one of the few options on my 2016 Vegas. I ordered it on mine, intending to never use it. The switch was near the cup holder to the left of the driver's seat.

The heating pads are glued to the bottom of the tanks. Easy to see if you have them or not.

I have heating pads in my 2020 Quantum. I have control switches for them located by the tank level indicators. They are ”add on’s”

I didn't think so.

But I'm still learning about our RV.

Our coach is a 2020 bought new in the fall of 2019... and I STILL learn something new every time I dig into a project of fixing something! Part of the fun & mystery of owning a motorhome!

Past RVs I've had with heated tanks had the switch on the monitor panel but with the advent of the touch pad that switch went "someplace maybe" Frankly I don't know if the Omni has them or not. When I get home something else to investigate. If so likely buried on the pad someplace obscure.

I see wires with connectors hanging near the holding tanks. Is my 23H pre wired for heating pads?

My 2017 FW24F has tank heater switches on the monitor panel. I got the coach wiring diagrams and found out it was pre-wired for pads. I found the wires in two loose looms under the coach and slapped on a set of heating pads. Given that I have not had a need to use them but I’m prepared -LOL.

After checking the wiring diagrams and the coach I found I’m pre-wired for every option - powered vents in the bedroom and bunk over, external TV, and TV in bedroom. Even the plumbing for an outdoor shower.
