Help, hood lock won't work 2021 Windsport 35M

As the title says one of the hood locks on our RV (the left one) spins when I turn the key (the whole lock, not the center as would be normal). This of course is preventing me from opening the hood, and I cannot see a way to bypass so I can open it and fix it! Please help !

Well, if it's like the ones on my ACE it must have fallen apart. If you raise the front of your coach enough to slide under the front grill you may be able to get a look at the inside of the lock. You may even be able to sit up between the grill and the radiators and reach it if you're thin enough and have long arms.

Yep, was able to crawl under and see that the factory had not adjusted the lock correctly, was able to open the hood and make the needed adjustment.

If the hood of you coach is like the one on my Hurricane, it is rather tough to open the hood, you have to pull out and then lift up. So I never lock it, I just close it.
