Moved my DTV equipment from FL to MA as I do every year. 2016 it was great. Hook up. Change zip code with remote. Done. Every year since 2017 After Att bought it, it was a 3 day ordeal. Many phone calls and non English speaking operators. Fast forward to today. 1 phone call. 1 operator, Very much English speaking. 15 MIN DONE!!! Got local channels. Hope it works on the return trip.

This is a fix brought about with DirecTV loosing the right to distant network service (DNS). ATT always stated that the billing address and the service address has to be the same. They now seen to have changed their mind.
