Why not just hive it a quick spray with some Pam? Nothing will stick, and it washes off easily.

Front bug cover

I had a custom bug cover made for my 29m Hurricane. I found that the opening on the front grille was wide open for bugs and road debris. Radiator and oil cooler were all exposed. I made a template and had it custom cut to fit my coach. It’s attached with button snaps. Just got back from a 3000 mile trip to the northeast and it worked great.

Bug shield

I had the custom bug shield done by Truck art in El Paso Texas. They were great to deal with and had the shield made in a week. Cost was $60. I made a template out of a sheet of plastic. I taped it to the front of the coach pulled tight and then marked with a sharpie. I placed a series of dots 1 inch wider than the grille and then connected the markings. Cut that out and you have your template. I installed the snaps myself. They will put them in but I wanted the fit to be exact. Took about an hour. I was really happy the way it turned out. Ask for Kim

I would be more concerned with a rock sailing through the open grill and taking out the different cooling fins. If you search the forum you will see how people made their own radiator guards which will also keep the bugs from getting into the radiator. Once stopped you can spray them off.

In all the forums I’ve been reading for many years I have never heard of anyone who had a problem with radiator or cooling problems from rocks in the grill. I’m glad you’ve eliminated a worry and it’s nicely done.
