How to add photo to profile?

New member here.
Created profile, said hello and made a few posts.
Can't seem to figure out how to add photo of RV to my profile. Figure it will seem easy... once I know how.
Until then, feeling dumb and looking for help.

If you are talking about the small side picture (like mine at left) click on "Edit Avatar" in the User CP.

In the forum it is an Avatar. Go to User CP and then Edit Avatar on the left side menu. Provide the location to the photo and it should insert it into your profile.

Still being dumb.
What/where is User CP?
When I go to my profile, there is no placeholder for an avatar.

Found where.
Yeh I was dumb!
Now I have to go edit photo and make it smaller.
