Door Trim

I think a turkey buzzard ran into my door trim on the bottom of the door on my 2016 Axis 24.1 and broke it - although it still seems to be solidly in place. I was going about 60 mph and heard a thud. I’d like to get the right trim piece for it. Do I call Thor parts or can you get it on line?

I lost mine somewhere in Tennessee last year. Had the dealership order it and then I replaced it myself. You maybe can call customer service and have them send one to you. 877-500-1020. I think it was like $45. Good luck

some Vegas/Axis owners on this Forum have removed it completely or sliced off the bottom half for additional clearance
but as stated above...replacement is under $50 thru the Stealer-ship

I order my Thor specific parts from Total Value RV in Elkhart. They are near the Thor factories and are the authorized parts center. You can find some parts through other resources but TVRV can get them all and they have never jacked up the cost when I ordered through them. They are very responsive and friendly folks with a lot of knowledge of Thor products. Their parts department number is 866-282-4460.

How do you take off this trim piece

I also have a cracked door trim. It looks like it wasn't pushed all the way up on the front of the door and I obviously hit something and cracked it.

It looks like mine was just held in place with some kind of double sided tape and what I think is dicor. I think I can glue the trim back together, if I could get it off.

I've scraped through the dicor and released the tape, but it wont budge. Is there a secret that I'm missing?
