Really cold travel

It looks like we will be traveling in some very cold, -30 C overnight. Hopefully only one night. We will be running the furnace while traveling. Should I be concerned with interior damage or anything. Anyone traveled in these conditions have advise. I would appreciate it.

Running your furnace is a good idea since the plenums are routed near the tanks to keep them warm. For sure you'll want to turn on your tank heaters too. You may also want to get a clamp-on desk light from Wal-Mart with an old-style incandescent bulb in it and install it in your wet bay where all your plumbing is. For added security, get a digital thermometer with a remote sensor and put the sensor in the wet bay on one of the pipes away from the light so you can monitor the temperature from inside.

Just so we are clear. That was -30 Celsius or -22 Fahrenheit. Everythihas been well drained and winterized. More concerned about the rest of the unit. And having to travel at thos temps for while anyways.

why would it 'hurt' anything?

Yeah if everything is winterized there is no issue with travelling in those temps.

Understand your fears, there are warnings about LCD TVs and other electronics in extreme temps but we have camped in -teens (-30 wind chills) with no adverse actions other than changing propane tanks at 0400, LOL! If concerned, some run their furnace while traveling in these temps; we never have and I am not recommending but you could ask others that have.

Great advice here! I traveled in ND during the winter years ago without problems doing this exact thing! Never thought about thermometer with remote sensor but it's a great idea!

Only experienced limited winter extremes in central states, nothing like where you live. I am guessing your rig has already been in those temps up there, so are you just asking about the traveling down the road part of being in extreme temps?
