When kids were little we had a really nice Coleman pop-up that had a wet bath/shower.

Down the road came a 21' Rockwood Mini followed by a liveable 37' Rockwood Windjammer.

Graduated to a 26' Class C Four Winds. Now we have a Hurricane 29M. So...5 in all.

We've had a few also. Our first was a 21' Cobra class C back in 1981. It was perfect for our 4 kids. They were all small at the time and we all fit well. Our second RV was a larger Minnie Winnie. If that one didn't deter us from RV's, then nothing would! It was truly the RV from hell! But, that story is another thread all by itself. We then had 26' Fleetwood Class C. About thar time, we were down to just two kids still at home. From there we, as empty nesters, purchased a 19' Rialta. That lasted for a while until we decided that it was really too small for just the two of us. Our next venture was to move to a 31' Georgetown Class A. Great coach, but after a while we began to get the itch for more room ( it had no slides ). Enter
The 35' Georgetown Class A with 3 slides! Extremely nice, roomy coach, but my neck was getting sore from turning my head to watch the TV over the dash. We then started looking again and our Serrano fit the bill for the things that we wanted different. So I guess that adds up to 7 for us.

Five.
  • A 70's era Skamper popup that we added a water heater and port-a-pottie to, repainted and striped to match the conversion van we pulled it with
  • A 90s Hornet 27' travel trailer
  • A 2000 Damon Challenger 33' fifth wheel
  • A used 2016 Coachmen Leprechaun class C
  • The present rig, a new 2019 Thor 30FE class C

Between the Skamper and Hornet, we took a break from camping and went through three boats, a 26' Sea Ray express cruiser, a 28' Bayliner express cruiser, and a 30' Bayliner flybridge sedan.

Several back in the 1990s but gave it all up for family and work. Since retirement we went from a Rockwood A frame trailer to a 19 ft Keystone Bullet TT to a Freedom Elite 26HE to our current Fleetwood Storm 32V. Think we’re done now. (Famous last words!)

Three. A 95 Coachman B. A 2007 Gulfstream 22' B Touring Cruiser and now 2018 ACE 27.2. Before the Coachman B we had a conversion van and tented for years. Stuck with the smaller MH's as we always hauled a boat wherever we went. Now we haul the Cherokee (toad) and the G-son has the boat!

new 1996 coachmen 30 foot fiver, lost it in 2001 to a tornado
then a 2002 coachmen towable 30 footer
sold it in 2005 for a new 2006 forest river 38 foot fiver
then in 2009 we bought the new 2008 damon tuscany bus.

so 4 i guess
the 96 fiver was awesome, perfect size, one slide.
02 towable never really felt part of family , used it quite a bit
the 06 fiver was custom order and fit us really nice..until we went full time and found out we had to much weight...
so when economy tanked in late 08 we searched and finally in mid 09 found the BUS

Not counting a tent as a young lad, four. In order

1970 Red Dale pickup camper for 22 years (out of business now)

1992 Hallmark 9.5' pickup camper with stove & fridge 20 years (don't make hard sides now)

2007 Keystone 31' 5th wheel with everything 8 years (really liked this one.)

2015 Thor Tuscany 40DX (ISL450, bath & a half, washer/dryer and 3 AC's
now with 720 watts solar) (wife like this one best! Made the mistake of letting wife look at it in Q 5 years ago?)

It's actually a case of being too poor...
But if those 6 lucky numbers ever hit for me:

First was a Coleman pop-up-new
Second was a 2016 21 foot Forest River Class C - new
Present is a 2018 Thore Windsport 29M- new
Not sure why but shy away from used RVs

Started out with a Jayco Popup when our oldest was 3 months old. Kept it until it was too small for our growing two kids. Then reverted to tents through about 10 years of cub and boy scouts. Good times with the Jayco and the tents. Next was a Gulf Stream 25 foot class c and now our RUV Axis 25.2. If I ever find my self RVing alone it will probably be in a Aliner.

Borrowed an old StarCraft pop up from my in-laws several times when we were first married. Our current Quantum is the first we've actually owned. Purchased late fall 2017 for our 1-1-18 retirement.

I guess my three cruising boats don’t count, but they served a similar purpose. I’ve owned four RVs and I bet that I am one of the only ones to own both a Vegas and an Axis.
