I am a newbie. How to get heater to work?

My wife and I are freezing. We are plugged up...that was a challenge in its self. I turned to inverter on ??? but we can't get heat!!!! My online manual is not working because my external player failed. Help!!

You should have an option om your control panel, where you can choose "heat". Once you've made that choice: check to make sure that the thermostat is set to where it should be providing some heat for you...
If your external power source failed: why did it do so?

Re: power failed - - you said you are plugged in, but is the circuit breaker in the campground's power pedestal turned on ? And as stated above, verify that your propane is turned on.

You'll probably get much more info if you post the year/make/model of your RV as well as the make of whatever system is not working - in this case, the furnace.
