Water to the ice maker turned on? It's a winterize thing that may be turned off. I also seem to remember that the ice maker had its own power plug?

Goggle the model number for a manual.

The ice maker has its own water supply, there should be a shut off valve under the cabinet next to the fridge or under the drawers next to it. The location will not be in the fridge owners manual as the kitchens are all different layouts. We have the same fridge and found the valve under the cabinet that is under the cook top.

okay i took off the wooden 'grate' directly underneath the fridge with for philips screws and saw a white water line going up, and a knob that seemed in the off position. i turned it left....now ill wait and see if anything happens.

Here's to hoping that the ice maker gives you a "cold and hard" reply.

But in a good way!
