Inappropriate flags

Our neighbor has these flags, I've edited them.
We see lots of support flags in campgrounds but not like these.
Anybody seen any in ANY campgrounds or parks?

Most campgrounds have rules on what can be displayed. If they don’t they’re not worth the money

most have, it should have a rule about such.

I have two opinions.

1 The word is rude and unwholesome.
And
2 The more you use the word the less it has power. Expotentially.

30 years ago the person with the flag may have been beaten...badly.
Now it's just a word and while I celebrate this, it is still not quite ready for prime time.

Note:
The Jay
In jaywalking
Used to be a horrible thing to call someone.

'You suck'
Now has nothing to do with an extremity.

(Personally, and this may seem rude, I don't think birthright gives you the right to fly a USA flag. I believe service does. Military medical, cop, civil.)
But
I also haven't earned a real cowboy hat yet. That's misappropriated culture to me.
You earn that hat.

Why are you posting a picture of someone's house on this Thor Board?

You got nothing better to do than trying to stir up some bs?

Well we do know you took the blue pill and stabs!!

I'm thinking it's the word, not the message.

If it IS the message and not the word, I say he has completely missed the message..

Everybody is entitled to their own opinion...
But common decency should be considered: before unleashing that opinion on the Public.

Make a few inquiries, one to the power company and ask what the safe distance from a overhead powerline to a 'structure' may be. It typically is 10ft for up to 50kV. Hard to say, but it appears there is less than that in this case.
Another call to the local government as the flagpole is on the other side of the right-of-way of the power poles and would not be on his property?
And last, I see no lighting, are they brought down at night?

I would be curious as to what offended you a few months ago, however this has no place on an RV forum

But It's here and is addressable.

Anyplace is a place for this because you'll see that flag every place.

If the flag were in an rv park, what would you say and why won't you make that leap of logic?

If the flag is on his lot. Let if fly

Still don't see why it is on this forum

My neighbor has one and it sure is better than much if crsp that went around last year which you well know

Freedom of expression should work both ways on the political scene

Actually I think it's a great form of comedy... I've seen flags/banners advertising politicians of all persuasion... Trump, Biden, Bernie... there even used to be Nixon banners!

Me? If I flew a flag it would probably feature Alfred E. Neiman or Mickey Mouse. Those guys could probably do a better job than the current crop we've had in my lifetime!

My philosophy? If it bothers you, ignore it and tune out. Remember... censorship cuts BOTH ways... and I CERTAINLY don't want Alfred banned!!
