Interesting call

Last week when I was out of town in my new SOB I got a call on my home phone land line. Yes I still have one of those things for the time being. Anyway the message was asking about what I knew and could share about the previous omni I had and got rid of. "Got rid of" my words, his were something like "I sold".

I called him back and he wanted to know what if any problems I had. Seems he bought it a week ago, wish I could have talked to him before that though. I told him the good and the "not so good". Good was the chassis, not so good was the house and I explained why specifically I said that. Even though he already had bought it I wouldn't be honest if I sugar coated it so I laid it out. I also gave him the info on this forum and some suggested reading here and told him he could probably get some help as things arose. I suggested posts by me, kwplot and judge. So when they do show up here, be nice, he'll need it.

For those that think I used the occasion to dump heavily on thor and the new owner, I didn't. Several things I didn't mention and I also told him of improvements and repairs I had done such as the A/C ducting, shower pan, etc. But I did feel it necessary to let him know about the black tank issues because that's something that will be a problem. I have no idea what his previous RV experiences are but this issue bites even the most experienced.
