Corian Range Covers

Have a 2013 Challenger 36FD. It has corian counter tops. There is an open slot behind the corian range covers and before the back wall. I think the range covers drop into this slot when the range is in use. Is this correct? If so does anyone know how this works?

I have the 2012 Challenger 37DT with the same feature. Yes, the slot is for the range top covers and or the sink covers. When you put them in the slot they will stick up a little but out of the way. Just be careful not to just drop them in or you may weaken the stop and then they will fall behind the cabinet. Enjoy your rig.

Range covers

Will both the large and small covers fit in there together?

I'm not sure what model/year Challenger you have, but if it's a 2012 or newer model, you should be able to put both range top covers in the rear slot. Put the back one in first, then the front one in next with the counter top edge facing forward. They should both stand up in the slot and stick out the top, then they will be out of your way to cook. Enjoy your Challenger. I love mine.
