Jensen Stereo Not Working

I am now on my fourth Jensen JMW60A stereo as each of them dies after a short life. I am now over warranty. I have removed and checked fuse and pushed the reset button but nothing. Seems like there is no power. Anyone else have similar experience? This is on my 2018 Citation

What caused the three failures?
Is it inherent?
Is it random?

I am not sure what the issue is. The dealer replaced two and then Thor replaced one so I have no idea what is happeing.

And the dealer and Thor just scratch their heads and tell me they don't know what is going on.

The one in my 2018 Outlaw had power: but couldn't pull a signal even if I was sitting right under the tower!
It turned out that the antenna wire was just balled-up, and stuck in the wall.

I had a Jensen in my 2016 Fleetwood and happily replaced it with a Kenwood for under $200 from Crutchfield’s scratch and dent department. I will be replacing the high $ Xite unit in my current coach with the same Kenwood model. It’ll be my third - same unit i put in my Jeep so I do t have to learn or remember how to use multiple systems.

I have the Jensen jwm6A unit in my 2017 Citation. I have had 2 units fail so far. I actually was able to get a little more service out of the last unit by replacing the ribbon cable that connects the face to the motherboard. Sadly, now I am having new problems with DVD player not loading and the volume dial is inoperative.

All this said, I am ready to try a different brand. Have you replaced yours?
