May be corrected here but I think most of these matresses are of the "RV" specs. RV Kings and RV Queens are not really normal Kings and Queens. A bit smaller.

Not very thick either. Have to add a pillow top or extra foam to it.

Mine was stuffed with wheat straw...I thought I woke up with the Scarecrow from Wizard of Oz the first morning. At least that's what it felt like. Mattress topper is a must.

Yeah, wife needs a step stool on her side cause of the extra height of the pillow top. Somehow our Dacshund jumps from the step to the table to the bed, then under the covers like it's so easy.

The "Queen-Sized" bed in our rig is one of the "RV Queens": it's 60" by 74"
(About 6" shorter than normal...)
It's always best to actually track down the actual dimensions of what you've got to work with.

Neither, my king bed is 76 X 75. So, 5 inches shorter than regular king.

king size bed

We bought a sleep number king for our new super c. It is longer than whats in there but the old style sleep king has foam rubber around it so we can take out one end and it will fit perfectly--sleep number had a bunch of old style mattresses they were getting rid of, brand new but an old model. Was 1400 new compared to over 4000 for a new style. Bought ours in december, they still had a bunch then left over--We had a queen sleep number in our last 3 rv's--wouldn't leave home without one, its like sleeping in our own bed(we have one at home)

We're going to end up trying one of the RV-Queen mattress toppers from the My Pillow" guy.
