If you saw that news about some nit-wit blowing up an RV in Nashville on Christmas morning: some observations...
1. It looked to be several years old. This rules out an RVer.. Nobody would take years to fix build quality issues... and then blow it up.
2. It didn't appear to be Thor.
3. It was a Class C rig.
4. Early opinions seem to point to a black powder device.

Glad that the damage seems to be limited (mostly) to property damage. While there were some human remains found: I'm hoping that it was the perpetrator.

Current updates indicate it may be a Chateau. As others have noted, it's not so much a concern as to the manufacturer - but how it's going to impact us as a family. Get ready to be treated as "suspicious" if you're over-nighting at Wal-Mart or Flying J.

WalMart and Flying J not a problem. Parking on the street for sightseeing or to get a meal will be the hassle.

That's what I was thinking. Unless you are in an area with a lot of homeless type folks living in ratty RVs, you will be suspect if parking on the street.
