Know your height!

This may be old news to this group but after what I saw today and coming into spring it might bare saying again. I was at the Thor service center today and had the opportunity to see a less than 1 yr old super C getting a complete new roof and substructure plus all vents, A/C units etc because of a low overpass. The job was north of $20k and still going.
Moral of the story, know how high your coach is and never cut it close. The road my have been resurfaced since the sign was posted costing you a few more precious inches!

I have the height taped to my dash. As a general rule, I ask myself "would a semi truck drive here?" as a litmus test for rig safety.

What I've been seeing a lot of at RV parks are Class A's with impact damage on the basement doors of one of their rear dualies.

Saw a beautiful class A at Thor with damage and tire marks in just the spot you described today. Wife and I planning a similar tag for the Quantum's dash.
Guess it's like the old TV show "Let's be careful out there!"
