Question KW29 mattress problem

Hi, we have a Quantum KW29 and our King Size Bed is on a slide. We have this Motorhome now for about 2.5 months and noticed a couple weeks ago that the mattress on the slide - bottom of the mattress - is damp. We lifted it every morning to air out and dry out, then we bought some wooden bed slats at IKEA and put those underneath. It is better, but still not solved.
Does anybody have the same problem and if so, what is your solution?
We like to camp in all kind of weather/temperature, which brings me to the next problem. We have no heat coming out of the wall duct in the bathroom and not much in our bedroom. When our unit was at the dealer for this issue and a couple others we were told that this is the design and that they can’t do anything.
Does anybody have some help with this issue?
Thanks so much in advance!!!!!

Sorry, I put this in the wrong group. I think I put it now in the correct one.
