Large slider window won’t open. Help

Our window will not open. There’s a bit of wiggle room but that’s it. Can’t take screen off either. Any helpful ideas? We’ve had it park on the slightest incline for several months so I assumed it had settled down at an angle but still can’t open. Thank you for any suggestions. Janet Thor Chateau 22e 2017

The dealer had to replace our bedroom window-was totally stuck from Day One-on install they cranked down the mounting screws too tight and destroyed the track alignment.
