Levelers are stuck

Ok, I'm trying to get my RV out to take it to the service department to fix the last three problems I've had. Now my levelers are stuck and won't retract. When I turn the key I get several loud warning beeps, then all five lights on the control panel (the ones in a column on the left, "wait", "jacks down" "Low Voltage","Engage Park Brake" and "Excess Angle".) are lit.
None of the leveling buttons are responsive and nothing else is lit up, only the lights in the column.
I had problems last night with trying to retract my slides. They kept getting out of sync. I went through the reset procedure from the control panel under the RV and finally got the slides in. I'm wondering if this jack problem is related. Another thing it could be is that it's been pretty cold here. It's 17 degrees now.
Finally, I've read the section of the manual that says how to retract the jacks manually but I'm not sure I know where to find the individual cartridge valves.
Any help would be appreciated.

Could be something else but it sounds like a voltage problem. Are you running the engine? Probably, so you might check the battery terminals. At the very least you should try testing the system voltage before and during your attempt to retract. It should be about 14v before you start. Good luck.

Pete, I don't have a voltage meter and not sure I'd know how to use it if I had one, but I'm going to try to pick one up at Home Depot today. There's a digital meter just inside the RV door that says Xanttec (or something like that). It shows a battery input voltage if 14.2. I don't know what it the reading is while trying to retract because the buttons are non responsive.

Your control panel needs to be reset. Press all 4 direction arrows at the same time. Then start your coach, make sure the emergency brake is on, and turn on your panel. It should operate normally now. If not, the hydraulic valves you need to open are on the same block as your hydraulic pump and reservoir. 2 are facing outward toward the door, 2 are facing inward. You will need a 5/32" allen wrench to open them.

Thanks you guys. I've had to leave town for a few hours but I plan to pick up a voltage tester and I'll try Tfrymans code to reset. I think I'll be able to get her going one way or another.

Tfryman. That reset worked! I couldn't get the ACE out with the Jacks down but I had to drive to the dealership anyway for some other issues. The techs said that stuck slides and stuck jacks were common in this cold of temps. At one point today we hit 40 and I guess that loosened things up and the jacks retracted. Probably what happened earlier with the slide, I guess (but I didn't want to press my luck by trying them out)

Glad you got the issue resolved. Our levelers wouldn't retract and we had to call a service guy out from Good Sam. He manually retracted it. We would not have been able to do it. Took it to camping world and the breaker was bad. The generator wouldn't come on either and he said the switch had broken. At the same time our water pump wouldn't work. Unfortunately my hubby forgot to tell them about it, so unless we can fugue it out on our own, back to camping world. Tyne motor sounds like it's running, but no water out of spickets. Reading these issues helps me a lot. Thanks! Max

"Tyne motor sounds like it's running, but no water out of spickets."

I had this problem our first trip and found that there was a valve located between the storage tank and the pump that the dealer had shut off (for winterizing), but hadn't turned back on at delivery.
