Leveling jacks

Need some help with leveling jacks for Damon Challenger Motorhome: When got to campground I put the Leveling Jacks down - but they went DOWN TOO FAR AND TRIPPED THE SYSTEM. Have tried several different ways to determine where the RESET is. Have been working on it for weeks, talked to factory rep. and followed their suggestions but nothing helped. ANYONE HAVE ANY IDEAS??????

What brand of jacks are they?

The brand is Power Gear, don't know the model number, can try ti get if it will help.

Sure hope you have some ideas I haven't tried yet, very frustrated.

A quick search shows that PowerGear is a Lippert brand. Lippert has a good reputation for service. Suggest you give their customer service a call, bet they can help you. Good luck!

Thank you for your research and response, I talked to them 3 or 4 times, unfortunately they weren't able to help me.
