Leveling jacks

Hello, I just bought a new class c Thor Chateau 29 G. It has auto leveling jacks and notice that when retracted the front jacks are only 4" from the ground. The back ones are about maybe 7" from the ground. The front ones seem low to me, is that a normal setting? Thanks.

4" jack is too low, not fully retracting. Did you try cycling them up and down a couple times to see if it corrects itself. Also, most jack controllers have a separate button for each jack. Try putting just the low one up and down by itself a couple times. If that doesn't work, get it to shop before it snags on something and causes serious damage to your rig.

My 29h is the same way. Definitely not a off road vehicle. Only scraped in one campground that had high speed bumps but they glided over them.

Good to know that I'm not the only one and that it really has not been an issue. It's a shame that Thor would send them out from factory that way but maybe I'm a little over reacting. Especially when they can be adjusted up about 2" still. Trkyte, how long have you been riding it this way if you don't mine me asking. I appreciate your response.
Anyone else out there have the same issue, ide love to hear from you.

They were sent from factory that way, so maybe I'm not supposed to be worried about it. They are up as high as they will go, 4 inches is a bit scary to me.

They should retract so they are about 1/2 inch below the frame they are mounted to.
