Leveling while hooked to toad

I recently started towing my car four wheels down. When stopping for the night on a long trip I like to leave the car hooked up. Is it safe or practical to use the automatic levelers without hurting the system.

I don't have a level up system but I have towed my Geo Tracker all four down. There isn't any weight on the tow bar so I don't think using the level up system would hurt anything.

We level before extending the slides with toad still connected, never had a problem.

Not experienced yet, but for longer trips, we've always leveled with the toad attached. No issues we've seen; never thought it would be a problem.

...diesel coaches like our Palazzo can dump the air bags first, which brings the coach down about 4", then we use the auto/manual LCI Leveler panel, which probably adds 4" to 8" depending on the requirement...
...either way, it's doubtful that a tow bar system would care whether you level higher, or lower, while the vehicle is attached. There is enough 'play' either way... think about all the ups and downs, driveway entrances, etc that require the tow bar to flex MUCH MORE than just a level up...

I have no experience with levelers, but as a precaution would just make sure auto was free to move freely to avoid unintentionally placing a side load on jacks.

Have Big Foot Auto system on Axis and no problems just make sure no load on bars. Just press the release and make sure it releases the load.
