Lippert, touch controls
My new Thor Vegas 27.7 has touch control panel to control our. Functions in our coach, (2019) models before had switches, we bought this year model to get the touch screen , it has been a nightmare. We got to Florida from Illinois on my birthday March 8. All was well before. Went to set up and all the icons on my monitor were gone except front slide and bunk bed, the rear slide icon was gone , I spent the better part of my birthday party on phone to Thor, lippert industry , to no avail, I called the dealership I bought from ( Pontiac r v Pontiac Illinois) as they have a agreement with other dealers for priority service they were able set up a appointment with a dealership in fr myers fla, the service manager was so nice but don’t remember name of dealer . In mean time I remembered there is a app. So downloaded it on my phone and all apps. Were there so was able to use phone to work slides. Etc. Emailed lippert troubleshooting dept . They got back immediately, however I didn’t understand anything he described so called them , we figured out the problem was a lose can connection in driver side rear compartment it had rattled lose do to vibration, pushed that on and all icons-came back. ( wonderful) well we moved again icons gone wiggles wires icons back but nothing worked from phone or monitor [emoji33][emoji33] . Reboot, nothing , I unhooked 30 amp and reboot monitor with house battery. Then everything operated again , can’t wait till our next move! To see what lippert industry adventure we’re going to have . We will be taking to our dealership when home but great birthday [emoji512] present (lol) and camping adventure thanks Lippert! Rg1 names my Rv Mavis the vegas

Sometimes, the "latest and greatest" ain't necessarily so great. The phone app sounds like a good idea, and a touch panel probably gives the coach a "gee whiz" appearance, but if they aren't at least 95% reliable, they're worthless.
Good luck finding a workable solution to the problem.

My friend has a policy to never buy the first model year of anything (engines, trans, electronics, etc.) and it saved him a lot of headaches and it's always in the back of my mind when I'm shopping...

Our 2018 Thor has touch screen but it is from Firefly Industries and has been flawless. Did Thor go to Lippert for this now?

Lippert's "OneControl" Multiplex issues
I've had my 2019 Vegas 24.1 one week and I'm experiencing that same issue.
All but two of the icons have vanished.
I wiggled the wires and somehow all the icons returned but none of them actually worked.
I wiggled the wires in the aft control compartment again and all but two icons disappeared. Those remaining icons are for the slide & for front bed. They do function.....for now....and everything functions from the iphone app...for now.
So, I'm in the process of troubleshooting the system. If I can't find the issue in the next couple of days, I'll start down the telephone path.....and I'm sure that's going to get me nowhere fast.
I'll let you know how things progress.

I just got off the phone with Thor C.S.
They said exactly what I expected them to say......"it's probably a loose harness or board component. Unplug & replug everything."
Of course, I did that and I DID get some results, but I was unable to resolve the issue. I got all the icons to appear but none of them worked when touched. Then, as quickly as they reappeared, they disappeared again.
I have a few more tricks to try and if they don't work, I'll have to contact Lippert C.S.
I'll keep you posted.

I took my27.7 Vegas to my dealer , they got my lippert controller working all the icons worked! When I got home, I couldn’t get any of the panel buttons to work, so

Sorry, back to a different dealer as I needed other work not warranty, they did do the warranty on my switches, the Bluetooth was out of sync. When the lippert controls were fixed, but, when I turned on lippert monitor only 2 icons showed up , so back to the wires in the rear compartment, wiggled them and all the icons were back, so everything is working but still not sure all is right.

I’m having the same problems with my 2019 Gemini 24F. Icons randomly disappear or don’t work. 9 months and it’s spent more time in the shop than on camping trips.
