Looking at buying one of the 31Es

First time poster on these forums - may be a new owner one day soon. So I have been looking at numerous flavors at the 31Es(Class C Motorhome) - that includes the Chateau, Four Winds and the Quantum. One of the new options that I see that almost now has right now are the 2 11K ACs. I realize these units are still 30A which means running both will probably consume 22-25 amps or so...Not leaving much for anything else.

But my question is how well will these cool a 32foot unit vs. a 15K. I am wondering if the 15ks keep up in the summer time for this size RV. I know the Dometics don't or didn't when I owned a similar floor plan a number of years ago. I have already begun designing a way to include a portable AC up front and run the exhaust out the front cab window...my opinion this is wasted space when your are setup any ways.

Thanks for your opinions and comments in advance.

We haven’t notice too much of a problem with just one AC in our 30FE. Pretty much anywhere you can camp out west here it’s high 90s to 110 it’s dry for the most part so maybe that has some to do with it. We try and not camp in direct sun light all day I am sure that helps. Good luck with your decision
