loose cable connections

Today I installed my new Wineguard WIFI booster and had the opportunity to remove the cover that houses all the cable connections and splitters. In my coach it is above the dinette in a cabinet or where the cable booster button is. Every RG6 screw on connector was loose, I was able to make three or four turns on each connector. Just an FYI, if you are having poor reception, check all the cable connections.

Feel yourself lucky that you found them easily. It took me the whole first season to find the splitters.
Had to take the inside panel of the overhead cabinet apart for one and remove the outside speaker to find the other one under the shower.
I can only guess the assembly line doesn’t have a 7/16 wrench to use.

Yes I have never found them tight. You might also think about replacing the splitter with a better quality one. I found that made a difference also.
