ACE 27.1 Front TV

is the front TV (over the doorway) on the 27.1 in a fixed position or articulated? In any case. How can I access the back of the TV? As I look at the TV, on my left side of it, I see a strap, not sure what it is for. I tried tugging on it and the TV, no joy.

On my Axis, there are two straps one on each side that you pull to release the TV from its mount. The mount is not articulated.
