On my 2016 Thor Synergy TT24, the low point drain is in the water bay. I believe it is part of the Swan valve setup (left side of valve body) but has a separate threaded nylon plug that you remove to do the draining. I would recommend that you contact Thor Customer Care and ask for a copy of your fresh water plumbing layout.
