One often overlooked factor when you sell a vehicle and purchase a different one is the sales tax. By doing a trade, you will pay sales tax on the difference. If you've sold your rig instead of trading it, you will pay sales tax on the full cost. Of course the dealer knows this, and will try to steal all that savings from you.

Hi folks- I'm thinking of selling my 2016 Axis 24.1 with the E-450 chassis and 37k miles. I would love to hear from anyone that has used National Vehicle out of Omaha, NE, to sell your RV. I have used RVTrader in the past and it went well. These folks charge a flat fee of $699 and will arrange financing which is important with a used RV. They advertise your RV on several sites at the same time but the $699 fee without any contract is a big concern.
