Mercedes Recall rear brake sensors

Wondering if anyone els has a Thor on a Mercedes Chassis? If so did you receive a recall notice on rear brake sensors? I did and the letter said parts were not available. Just took a long drive and guess what broke? Very scary driving an 11,ooo lb vehicle with no brakes. Any one else have issues?

Yes, and yes. Brake sensor failure and the recall has been discussed here many times.

Yup! I got the letter at least a Month ago.
(But for a Tiffin Sprinter: not a Thor...)
