Mounting Bedroom TV in Chateau 29G

Has anyone mounted a TV in the bedroom of a Chateau 29G? There are connections for it in the cabinet but not sure if I need to remove the door and install mount inside the cabinet or if it can be mounted directly to the cabinet door. Seems like mounting directly to the door would be easiest and still allow for storage behind it.

You'd certainly need to reinforce the door's mounting hardware......But it sure does sound as if it would work!

We're now waiting to see the pictures of your handiwork...good luck!

I have the Freedom Elite 29fe. Identical floor plan. The Bedroom TV is meant to be mounted on the cabinet door face. I did mine with a 32 Visio and a telescoping mount. Bolt it to the door, drill 3/4" hole for HDMI cable, power cord, and coax if needed. I've got my Dish Wally in the cabinet as well. The door hardware is strong enough. Plenty of room inside cabinet for DVD's and DVD player as well.

Nosticks, did you use machine screws and nuts to attch the mounting bracket to the door or just wood screws? Thanks.
