I have 2021 Thor Hurricane with fixed exterior mirrors ,there are Allen head bolts on them ,I was wondering if I remove them if the mirrors can be turned to give me more room on a ferry that I am taking too an island,I don’t want to. Ed’s anything up but if anyone has done this
Not sure about yours, but usually you can just loosen an adjustment bolt and fold the mirror against the side window.
Maybe post a pic??
Edit... Looks like yours are mounted on the end of a fixed arm. In which case if they were in danger of being knocked off in transit, I would definitely remove the entire mirror, arm and all. Otherwise you may risk body damage in addition to a busted mirror! Just my opinion...

You could, but you won't gain much. What ferry are you taking that you think can't accommodate your mirrors? I just finished a trip last month that we took our RV and toad on 3 ferries: the Cape May ferry and two on the Outer Banks, mirrors were not a problem.
