Had yearly maintenance done in January 44k miles .hoses checked out fine no problems ,changed radiator cap because it was original and hard to take off.stop at 4 hrs driving to get fuel and a snack and all well when I hit the road hrs OK. 6 hrs hot question: problem or no problem.

That would be a Freightliner question, I would think.

If the radiator is in the back, the fins can become partially clogged with road grime and aggravated by oily fumes from the engine. Perhaps it should be cleaned. I think the worst possible place for a radiator is behind the engine.

What temp are you considering to be hot? Flat or hilly terrain?

My Cummins ISB generally runs. between 180 and 210 depending on conditions

I had diesel that the flex pipe on turbo exhaust came loose, the engine running hot caused me to look around until I found the loose flex pipe. I also have Gaffney Freightliner steam clean my radiator about every 25K miles.
