Multiplex Firefly Monitor panel switch

Hello This is Phil I own a 2018 Thor Palazzo. Looking any troubleshooting ideas for my Firefly monitor. My Switch #1 will not respond when I push the panel buttons, all other firefly switches will work but the switch 1 which has wires connected to it will not respond.
Any help greatly appreciated.

The first thing to try might be to reset the Firefly system by killing 12V power to it. On my unit, just shutting off the use/store switch for 60 seconds worked.
I have only had to do it once in over 3 1/2 years.

There is a recent recall on the firefly system. Not sure if your model is affected but it’s worth a check.

Are you talking about the main touchscreen panel, or one of the remotes? The remotes have batteries in them and you can actually pull them off of their holders on the wall.

The Remote Touchscreens all work find it is the main touch screen that don't respond any touch commands I am planning shut off all power off tomorrow and see if it will reset it self. I did fine some info on the control panel lights and checking the fuses. I will do all of this and any ideas I get from this forum and I let everyone know what I find.

You might want to give firefly a call as well if the reset doesn't work.

Hello again this is Lchapps I have fixed my Firefly panel problems
Problem, Main Firefly control panel will not respond to touch control commands
1. Checked all fuses at the control module, Lights and fuses - GOOD.
2. A post reader suggested turning all 12V OFF, I turned my off for 24 hours. I had to disconnect my batteries from the system to eliminate all possible power drain and residual power still in the system.
3. A reader post suggested replacing all batteries in the firefly remotes, I replaced 6 2032 fresh batteries.
4. Before reconnecting my house and chassis batteries I cleaned and filled all batteries. I will need to replace house batteries in the future. voltage after 24 hour charge up is 13.1
Checked my Multiplex Firefly control panel and everything works, All touch control commands work fine.

I have a DEF warning light blinking and engine on light. I went to a truck stop to fill my DEF tank and to my surprise I could only put 5 gallons into the tank I double checked the level and it was full. I notice the level indicator next to the tank was showing empty. Dose anyone have any ideas what in going on and resetting the engine light, I have a green OBD connector.
