Name that window

What do you call the window on the passenger side floor of my class A? It is positioned directly above the passenger tire. Trying to find a replacement.

I’ve seen it called a pet window in sales material. Call Thor customer support. They can hook you up.

That window is there so that passing motorists can admire your shoes...

I bet he's thinking, "So this is what it's like to be tall...".

I always thought it was so you could check that particular blind spot for cars or motorcycles. Don’t see how it would help to make a turn.

It's probably capable of helping the driver monitor multiple potential issues...

I was told it is a Pet Window. My dog Chancey uses it quite regularly to see out when we are camping. If my husband and I go off and he is left in the RV, he will lie there waiting for us to come home. Chancey rides in a Doggy Car Seat when I am driving so he uses the "adult passenger window" to look out, otherwise the "Doggy Window" is claimed by him as his primary "scenic window."

My furry kid doesn't need a pet window as long as she can watch the Animal Planet Channel...

Jimmy.
All windows are named Jimmy.

'How do I get into my house! I lost my keys!'
Jimmy the window.

The answer is always 'Jimmy the window.'

Therefore....

It’s called the “Doggy Window”.

I was told it was a Tiffin window. The story I was told is that Bob Tiffin, the founder of the once great motorhome company that bares his family name, hit a pedestrian while driving a class a. After the incident, he figured if there was a window there, he would have seen the pedestrian and not struck him with the coach. So he added it to future models and everyone else copied.

I always try to obey road signs stating "watch for falling rock". My dad always told me "Falling Rock" was an Apache Indian who was lost. I swear I saw him alongside a very remote road one day, and I wanted to call for help. But I couldn't... because the next sign I saw said "phone one mile".
