Need help with Thor

This weekend driving home a mirror behind our kitchen sink slid off and broke, on its way down it gouged the dinning room table and kitchen cabinet. There was NO adhesive glue or tape on the wall or back of mirror. I called Thor this morning but was told sorry good luck. Does anyone have a person at Thor who might be able to help.

Thanks

KC

Honestly I don't think you'll get much out of anyone you speak to at Thor for a coach that is four years old. The most you'll get is a part number for the mirror to replace (so you can then go to a dealer and order one).

You're way out of warranty at this point.

I have to agree... Once the warranty is over: it most likely means that your wallet is on the chopping block...

So far only minor issues which I have been fixing myself. Rather not deal with Thor warranty work and hard to get dealer service appointments. I also think I can do the better repair in most cases.

Yes for dealer, no if you take your unit to Wakarusa, IN for factory service--those guys are top notch.

Plus two huge bonuses...Thor knows the coach, has the parts, knows where everything is and how it is suppose to work...no hours on end labor charges trying to figure it out. Second, even if it's not warranty work, the Wakarusa labor rate is only $100 per hour. Factor this into the dealer option and you'll find the trip will probably pay for itself. They completed my entire list in less than two days...and did it right the first time. They're so efficient, I saw owners stop in for service issues while on the fly touring the country. Lots of cool things to do in Elkhart and nearby areas.

I have to assume that you are referring to what she charges for her cooking skills...
