National Indoor RV Centers is setting up a large storage facility in the West Valley near Surprise. Address is 13351 W, Rioglass Solar Rd, Surprise, AZ 85379. It is expected to open in the ~October 2019 time-frame. I had an opportunity to tour their new facility and I was certainly impressed with what they are doing. It will feature:
- Indoor, climate controlled RV storage with power hook-ups
- Full on-site service/repair center (they do work on Thor)
- Wash/detail center
- Body shop
One unique thing is that they prep your RV if you call ahead for pick-up before your trip. They will fill the water tank, cool it off, start the fridge, etc. and have it parked in the lot and ready for your arrival. Kinda like RV valet service.
Needless to say, I reserved a space on the spot. List cost is $10/foot/mo. but they do have promotions for early sign-ups and prepays. If you have any interest, contact
